We also maintain mailing lists as a way for users to generate "user to user" questions and support. This is open to any user or potential user of any of the the products. To join any of the mailing lists, just follow the instructions below, and sign up for support. Usually, this only requires clicking on the link to join the list server. You will receive an email that you need to reply to, and that confirms your list joining.
