Interface Technologies has a unique, highly leveraged method of marketing and sales of technical products. These marketing services are made available to you when we represent your product. Typically, we will generate the following items when we arrange to sell your products:
- Develop or modify your product information to fit the www.i-t.com website format, and post it on the web site.
- Develop summary information for your product such as a price list, configuration guide and a list of frequently asked questions. This is developed in the Interface Technologies standard format, which is designed to be delivered via US mail, email, web site download or fax, as the customer desires.
- We put your software on our web site, available for downloading by interested parties. If someone would like to order a free CD-ROM with all of the software and documentation, they need to fill out a form to order one.
- We use direct mail to regularly contact our database of prospects and customers.
Sales follow-up
Interface Technologies has special expertise in the CAE (computer aided engineering) software market. CAE programs are specialized programs used by Electrical Engineers to design electronic circuits. Products we have sold have been used to design pagers, cellular phones, automotive electronics, arcade games, pacemakers, medical equipment, motor controls, military weapons, television sets, power supplies, electronic filters, printers, hard disks, semiconductors, wire harnesses, and many more.
The basic philosophy of Interface Technologies is that engineers purchase these software programs to address problems. Therefore, it is our position to provide as much information as possible, and make that information as easy as possible to obtain. Our experience is that engineers purchase from us when the product we represent solves their problem, and the problem is urgent enough to warrant fixing.
